The selected grains are then carefully milled, mashed, and boiled in our on-site brewery set-up – pristine, stainless steel tanks proudly displayed behind large glass windows.
Our Unique Brewing Techniques
Our fermentation process is the lifeline of our business. Unlike conventional breweries that mostly rely on single yeast strains, we've taken a more exciting path: multi-yeast fermentations, leveraging yeast's innate genetic variability to create beers with unparalleled depth and complexity.
Once the fermentation is complete, the beers are conditioned over several weeks, allowing the flavors to mature and develop. Only then do we deem our beers ready to be savored and enjoyed – poured directly from tap to glass without any processing or filtration, preserving the ‘live’ quality of the beer.
