Bringing the dream of brewing to life, in 2012, we embarked on a journey to create a space where beer enthusiasts could experience quality, artisanal brews in a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. With a shared love for the art of brewing, three generations of the Williams Family merged their visions to launch what is now u4ic Brewing, Inc. The name, pronounced “Euphoric,” perfectly reflects the sublime experience our beers aim to deliver.

Our Signature Artisanal Brews in Minnesota
Among our masterpieces is the 1123 IPA, a huge malt profile balanced by curt bitterness and an array of hop flavors that will thrill those looking for a robust, full-bodied brew. The seasonally brewed Blubeast is another crowd favorite – an American Wheat developed with liberal amounts of blueberries offering a refreshing palate.
