Monday Night Brewing’s New Venture: The Grove

Monday Night Brewing has come a long way since its humble beginnings in an abandoned warehouse on Atlanta’s vibrant Westside. Established in 2012 by visionary founders Jeff Heck, Joel Iverson, Jonathan Baker, alongside brewmaster Peter Kiley, the brewery has since expanded its horizons across iconic Southern craft beer cities like Birmingham, Nashville, Knoxville, and Charlotte. In an exciting turn of events, Monday Night Brewing is coming back to where it all started, unveiling their latest venture, “The Grove”.

Discover The Grove

Nestled at 670 Trabert Avenue, Monday Night Brewing’s “The Grove” connects seamlessly to the fresh stretch of the Atlanta BeltLine Northwest Trail. This unique location binds Northside Drive to Howell Mill Road, presenting an exquisite “oasis” for craft beer aficionados. Occupying 17,000 square feet of communal bliss, it includes a breathtaking 7,400-square-foot indoor taproom. As an enchanting mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, The Grove offers a harmonious blend of a taproom, expansive patio, and verdant green space, perfect for kicking back with a cold one.

This indoor taproom is set to showcase a whopping 30-tap lineup, the largest in the brewery’s history. Patrons can savor this extensive selection alongside house-made pizzas fired up in state-of-the-art Italian ovens, with gluten-free options available. The excitement begins each morning with freshly brewed coffee, artisanal breakfast sandwiches, and irresistible pastries.

A Green Space with Entertainment

Beyond its enticing beers and delicious eats, The Grove offers a multifaceted outdoor area complete with an amphitheater-style stage for live musical acts, a striking 20-foot LED TV screen, and an environmentally thoughtful canopy provided by 62 preserved trees alongside 30 newly planted native trees. Aware of modern visitor needs, free parking is generously spread across three ample lots.

“The Grove breathes new life into our original space, infusing it with an inviting atmosphere,” expresses Co-founder Joel Iverson. “This place is about fostering connections—whether with friends, new acquaintances, or within our local community—all while relishing freshly crafted beer, delectable food, and a vibe that resonates positive energy.”

Looking Ahead

While The Grove will introduce an unrivaled taproom experience, Monday Night’s original Westside location will pivot towards increased production and exclusive private events, ensuring each space fulfills its own unique purpose. Anticipated to welcome guests by the end of August, The Grove promises to be a beacon of craft beer celebration in Atlanta.
